Caring for Children Community Education Project
SU2J’s Caring for Children Community Education Project is an online project, funded with the support of the H.S. Lopez Family Foundation. It explains the different types of court cases where a judge decides who can care for a minor child and what that person is allowed to do. The goal of the project is to help people choose the right legal action for their situation and reduce confusion about the different options.
If you have watched the Caring For Children videos, are a resident of Pima County, and would like advice from a lawyer about your specific situation, please submit an application for legal help. Please note that SU2J does not provide legal services for dependency or adoption cases.
IMPORTANT: Reading the Caring for Children materials or watching the Caring for Children videos does not create an attorney/client relationship between you and Step Up To Justice.
