WORK: Workers’ Outreach, Rights, and Knowledge
SU2J’s Workers’ Outreach, Rights, and Knowledge (WORK) Project is an online and live curriculum, funded with the support of private donors. The presentation explains workers’ legal rights and responsibilities in Arizona. The intent of the project is to help workers avoid disputes with their employers and understand when workers should reach out to a lawyer when their rights have been violated on the job.
If you are a community organization, and are interested in partnering with SU2J to host a live presentation, or if you would like to know when a live presentation may be conducted in your area, please contact us.
If you have watched the WORK presentation, are a resident of Pima County, and would like advice from a lawyer about your specific situation, please submit an application for legal help.
IMPORTANT: Reading the WORK materials or watching the WORK videos does not create an attorney/client relationship between you and Step Up To Justice. If you would like advice from a lawyer about your specific situation, you will need to apply for legal help and be accepted as a client.
