MAPP: Mobile Home Owner Asset & Property Protection

SU2J’s Mobile Home Owner Asset and Property Protection (MAPP) Project is an online and live curriculum, funded with the support of the American Bar Endowment. The presentation explains mobile home owners’ legal rights and responsibilities when they own their mobile home, but rent the land beneath the home. The intent of the project is to help mobile home owners avoid disputes with their landlords and preserve their primary asset.

If you are a community organization, and are interested in partnering with SU2J to host a live presentation, or if you would like to know when a live presentation may be conducted in your area, please contact us.

If you have watched the MAPP presentation, are a resident of Pima County, and would like advice from a lawyer about your specific situation, please submit an application for legal help.

IMPORTANT: Watching the MAPP videos does not create an attorney/client relationship between you and Step Up To Justice. If you would like advice from a lawyer about your specific situation, you will need to apply for legal help and be accepted as a client.
